That's a Fact, Jack! By Cindi Bisson

Creating masculine cards for ANY occasion is easier than ever with KellyCraft's Duck Commander® stamp line.   All you need is some patterned papers, an ink pad, and a sense of humor helps!

This card came together super quickly - all the layers of paper were aligned with the Get-it-Straight™ Laser Square and Multi-Mat™.

I cut grey cardstock to the desired size, distressed the edges with a scissor edge and inked the edges with a Ranger Distress ink pad in Tea Stain, and folded it to form the card base.

Two coordinating patterns of BasicGrey® paper were cut for layers, and the edges were distressed and inked with the same ink pad before layering and mounting.

The "That's a Fact Jack" verse and image were inked with the same ink pad and stamped onto grey card stock, using the Laser Square to align the stamping.   The edges were distressed and inked.

Some scraps of cotton fabric dyed with Rit Dye were added as an accent.  Twine, leather cording, or even regular gross grain ribbon would also be a great choice.   The stamped verse was mounted using foam tape to give it a little dimension.

The finished card is ready to add a Happy Birthday verse, Get Well verse, Happy Father's Day verse, Thinking of You, or even just a special note inside.
