Faux Quilted "You're Classic" Valentine's Day Card

I thought I would put a twist on the normal Valentine's Day Card that I usually create with hearts and go a bit classic this year.....

Here I did a "Faux Quilted" background, oh so quick and easy....here is how I did it!

Supplies:
Ann Butler's EZ-De's by KellyCraft: Sampler Set A
Jimbo Logik by KellyCraft: Set A
Ann Butler's Crafter's Ink by Clearsnap: Berry, Sunshine
Cardstock: White 8 12" x 11", 6 1/4" x 4 1/4", 6 1/2" x 9" (folded in half, this is the card base)
Foam Dots
Glue Stick

Tools:
Get-It-Straight Laser Square by KellyCraft, Multi-Mat by KellyCraft, sewing machine, thread, scissors, paper trimmer, heat gun.

Gather your supplies.

Stamp out pattern on 8 1/2" x 11 cardstock alternating with berry and sunshine;

until you have 7 across and 6 down.
Heat set ink with heat gun.

Trim this to 6" x 4", layer this onto 6 1/4" x 4 1/4" cardstock.
ZigZag with sewing machine, between squares.

.
Stamp "You're Classic" with berry on left over 8 1/2" x 11" cardstock.

Trim as shown in photo above, ink edges with berry, heat set.

Add foam dots to back of saying.

Place saying on lower right corner.  Glue card front to card base!

Quick and Easy....and oh so Classic!
